Being an immigrant, I was always under the assumption that Texas is all about cowboys and boots but I was so wrong. As soon as I landed in Houston, I was able to see the diversity and varied cultures. My inspiration for this series, came from my die hard passion for fashion and Bill Cunningham. This idea came into existence when I was watching his documentary on Netflix. The whole series consist of candid as well as posed shots. I wanted to say that Texas is not just about boots.
